PepDoll (“we,” “us,” or “our”) ships eligible orders within the United States.

processing time

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day after payment is successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

shipping rates

Our current standard shipping rates are:

• Standard Shipping: $8.99 for orders under $150
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $150 or more

Shipping eligibility is calculated based on the merchandise subtotal before tax and shipping charges.

estimated delivery

Standard delivery is generally expected within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Including processing time, most orders should arrive within approximately 3–6 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur after a package leaves our facility.

tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

PepDoll is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible at: contact@pepdollpeptides.com

Please include your order number and photographs of the package and contents when applicable.

Claims involving damaged or incorrect shipments should be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

shipping restrictions

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when shipment would violate applicable law, carrier restrictions, or our internal compliance requirements.
